Bryan and I have a new favorite TV show.  How can that be, you ask, since you don’t have a TV?  Well, our friends A&A let us borrow their DVDs for the first 2 seasons, and we’re hooked.

It’s called Everwood.  I think it airs on the WB, but I’m not certain.  I saw the first episode my last year at UVA, and I loved it, but I never got the chance to watch another one until now.  It’s all about a brilliant brain surgeon with two kids, and in the very beginning of the first show, his wife dies in a car accident.  He’s the typical New York guy who doesn’t have enough time for his family, but after the accident he takes his children, leaves his work in New York, and goes to live in Everwood, Colorado where he starts a family practice.  GREAT show.  It’s much better than a lot of things you see on TV these days, and it has great character development.  You should watch sometime.
