It was 35 degrees in Dallas this morning!  I’d guess that it was 40 something in our house when I got up, ’cause when I opened the refrigerator to get something to drink for breakfast, I could only feel the tiniest difference between the temperature in there and the one in the room.  I should get an indoor thermometer so that I can tell whether we’re going to freeze our pipes. 😉

We’re going to look at the new house tonight.  I can’t wait!  We’ll get to see how warm it stays, and I’m planning to ask lots of questions of the current tenants.  One important one is how much their utilities generally run.  Right now ours have been absurd, mostly because our house has no insulation.  I’ll let you know how it goes.
